They are the best! It's easy to get lost in all the media rubbish but when you meet a Staffy who has been raised with love, you'll never meet a friendlier, safer dog to be around! I'm Staffy for life! :)

Ozzy (Brindle) is mine, Barnie (Blue) is his best friend, they go on walks together and play like mad the whole time.. Amazing dogs, definitely the best breed! Never known loyalty like Staffy loyalty :)

They are SUPER intelligent! Never known a dog like them, they have brains but they have emotional intelligence as well, you can always tell how they are feeling just by the look in their eyes...

They are the best breed ever, so loyal, loving, friendly and easy to train when raised with love 😊

10:21 into the walk and still no water break...!!! Anyway they don't seem to be bothered. I have a staffy since last June 11 when he walked up to me while I was sitting in front of my apartment. He had been on his own for a long time because he was 36 lbs. on that day, Now he is fully recovered and stable at 50 lbs. I am going to try a dog park but I am concerned that he may not behave.

We are in the UK and this was filmed in the cooler months so they are fine, we only go out for an hour at a time and many places, including the pub at the end of the pebble beach, often have dog bowls left out so it's no issue not stopping. In the summer months I have 2x 2L bottles of water with me and a water bowl, we stop often and I stick close to the beach so they can swim and cool off. As for your boy, take him to a park and keep him on lead and let him slowly approach other dogs, if there are any issues then you may need to muzzle until he calms down but practice makes perfect and if he has a muzzle on and you find people who are willing to let him play after you explain he has the muzzle while you train just to be safe, I'm sure it won't take long for him to realise other dogs are fun to play with. Be firm if he steps out of line, put him straight back on the lead and leave the play area, tell him off and then try again a bit later and see how long it takes for him to learn. Just make sure it's safe for the other dogs, a muzzle isn't punishment, it just makes sure you don't have an owner who's dog has been bitten at any point until you know you've got recall and trust nailed down. You'll do it, don't give up, be the leader, be firm but show tons of love when not training so he knows you are firm but fair, worked wonders with my Ozzy bear 😊

No, neither are swimmers, happy in water up to their bellies but they certainly won't be winning any swimming events anytime soon.. 🤣

Both boys were very excited that day, Barnie was still just a baby, only 6 months old so he was like the energiser bunny 🤣

Barnie was just a puppy here, 6 months old and he was new to walking with us so I couldn't let him off lead near roads, but Ozzy is great off lead, he's my bear so I could trust him, I didn't want to take any chances with Barnie. He goes off lead more now he's older, Ozzy has been a great influence on him. There will be another Barnie video coming soon using the Gopro Dog Harness, that'll be fun, and you will see him off lead more.. 😊

You gonna hurt your back... Time to learn the dog not too pull the leach.

I know the technique but these boys are well trained, they don't pull too hard, in fact, most of the time they are off lead. It's Arlo that pulls like a freight train, he's huge!
