Can we talk about pocs with woman who still have normal ish periods? My dr pushes me away as I have had 4 babies and my periods are normal so I don’t fit this category! But all the other signs are there! And vegan can we talk about vegan on pcos does it work or should it be keto?

Always consult with your healthcare professional ...BUT my personal experience looks like this - I never had a regular period, even after I found out I had PCOS and was put on medication for it. I only regulated AFTER having my son. I cannot stress enough how important getting a second (or 17th,) opinion is. If your body feels off, there's a reason. I hesitate to speak on diet because everybody and every body is different. Veganism did not work for my body, but that does not mean it doesn't work for others. High levels of estrogen that are commonly found in Vegan alternatives can sometimes flare up our PCOS symptoms, so pay attention to how you are feeling after you've eaten.

@@sashapieterse thank you!! Since this comment actually found out I been pregnant for 3-4 months so wow shocker! I was done with kids I didn’t want no more but looks like we will have a 5th one! Also thank you I noticed some alternatives did flare my body more but with my doctors watch we are doing low carb while I carry this baby as it’s safe to do still, just my mind is blown! Hopefully you do some meal planes and recipes on your channel too!
