2 can ( 740ml ) room temp Evaporated milk
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract or lemon juice
8 pieces whole Egg
For Caramelized sugar
1-1/2 tbsp (15g) Cornstarch
1/4 cup (50g) white sugar
1/2 cup (125ml) room temp Water
1/4 cup (50g) white sugar
2 tablespoon water
