While making handvo batter, add eno in the end Preheat oven to 375F, cook till the top crust is golden brown .. about an hour .. knife inserted in center comes out clean If you have a cast iron pan .. put that to preheat in the oven & make handvo in that .. turns out excellent as cast iron retains heat Or cake pan will also work
