Questa mousse al caffè è veramente ottima ma ahimè, altrettanto famosa per il fatto che si scioglie, quindi gradirei sapere se si disgrega pur con l'aggiunta della panna montata, proprio perché non sempre si tratta del "fatto e mangiato" . Grazie per la risposta che spero diate.

No si disgrega affatto, naturalmente non la devi lasciare sotto il sole, io dopo 2 giorni in frigo era ancora perfetta e buonissima sopratutto se ami il caffe
