so glad to finally hear Nate's angelic voice and Will's legendary screams together absolutely did NOT disappoint one bit

The thing that I enjoy about this song the most is that whilst it's themed after Poppy Playtime, it actually can be listened to in many other scenarios too - a great breakup song with a toxic lover for example, or just a toxic friend in general. Love the way it builds up too!

The style definitely took me by surprise when I first listened to it, but by God is it quickly becoming one of my favorite songs

I can't believe I overlooked a song that fulfilled my hopes of you and Will doing a song together, but thank god I finally listened and it's way better than I expected

The electronic additions really give me Linkin Park vibes from Minutes to Midnight along with vibes to "The Doomed" by A Perfect Circle. Super atmospheric and beautiful, then the explosion at the end hitting you from nowhere. This is a lot more technical than most of Nate's other songs and for that it's special and stands out, I can tell this will be one of my favourites.

YES, I got huge Linkin Park vibes from this song as well! I own Minutes to Midnight, and this song sounds like it goes right in with that album!

Nate’s voice is just so electrifying & powerful. He definitely puts the effort into his music or when collaborating with other music enthusiasts.

This felt so euphoric, hearing you two in the same song Hearing Nate's smooth voice and Will's signature growl was absolutely beautiful, you two knocked this out of the park

For this song, I found the chords reaching deep to my soul. They sounded purely of someone wanting freedom and willing to do whatever they needed to do to achieve it. I've listened to it on loop for a while. It's touching, powerful and freeing all in one go. Thank you for sharing this.

Never thought I'd be impressed by a Poppy's Playtime song. It sounds well-produced, the lyrics take a few jabs at the game's design, and the singing is pretty good. Nice job guys! Also, I like how these lyrics can also be about someone leaving an abusive relationship if you take out the "they" with "I" in the chorus (my preferred way of listening to this).

Ok so funny story this song was literally the song that inspired me to end my avusive relationships Also, "they" may refer to demons and ghost e.g. A person is still holding onto their trauma inside refusing to let go thus hurting his close people. But it's just for me

I read it as telling myself to let go of this ghost, this demon that was my father. He went the bad way, and while most of the time he was just a deadbeat, but the few times I dealt with him, he was beyond toxic. There isn't a word for horrible he was. I'm still dealing with the damage he dealt. So it's long time to give up that ghost, which is hard because to give him up is to erase him and he was still my father so it's a battle.

I think this is the collab everyone's been waiting for

That was utterly sad and emotionl for me, i know its based of Poppy Playtime but it felt like a story from life. I've been there too, just like this lyric hero. Betrayed, heartbroken, left by those i put my trust into, cared, loved... and still can't learn to trust again. 8 years wasted... and down in flames like was said here. They've blamed me but in reality sold me for what they thought is benificial. And i've stuck in the loop of endless hate...

Yea like, ik this is about a dumb horror game but I relate this to a very recent event that happened to me that wasn't particularly good, and it just made the song hit harder in an emotional way, ever since I made that connection

If I listened to the song with my eyes closed, I would never think it was a Poppy Playtime song. It is relatable for everyone, even the people who have never played the game or heard about it. Awesome collab and song dude!

The shade that this song throws at Poppy Playtime is awesome. Poppy Playtime lacks individuality and creativity, just like so many indie games today.
