Banana - 2 kg.
Hot pepper - 2 pcs.
Bay leaf.
Garlic - 2 cloves per jar.
Dill seeds - 1 tsp for each jar.
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp for each jar.
5 types of aromatic pepper (black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, pink pepper, allspice).
Sugar - 1 tsp for each jar.
Salt - 1.5 tsp for each jar.
Vinegar (70%) - 1 tsp for each jar.
Boiling water.

I want proof you preserved all the things you've shown. I want footage of you showing progression of the things you have canned over time. I want to see it consumed after the years claimed.
It's a nice idea of storing bananas for 2 years but how can we use these bananas ? Where can we use them ? Why did you put chili pepper ? Bananas won't be chili after storing them ? Congratulations !
