With packrafts through the wildest parts of Hardangervidda

This summer we hiked and paddled through one of the areas of Hardangervidda that can still be considered somehow remote wilderness, without marked trails or tourist huts. Unfortunately, most of the Hardangervidda national park has become increasingly more accessible for humans, through roads, marked trails and huts. The use of airplanes and snowmobiles is unfortunately allowed by Norwegian authorities, and allows for quick access deep into the national park. There is no more true wilderness left in Norway, but we must protect these few wildlife sanctuaries we have left.

Litt synd at du ikke viste ruten du gikk eller i alle fall området på kart.
