many covers this song but no one can really capture the emotional depth of this song quite well. everyone else ended up singing like a sad love song but this one really captures the emotion that make you sink in the song. i love it

Amazing talent!!! I'm blown-away at the use of delays, loopers, octave divider, and mixing to get the right tone for each passage from intro to outro. All coordinated it all as if he's playing ONE instrument - meaning the mixing and timing of all the effects becomes part of the instrument - rhythm, lead, bass and percussion. All done with a fluid musical feeling - fabulous work!

It's not as easy as it looks, otherwise everyone would be doing it. Your timing has to be really precise with delays and looping otherwise it just sounds really bad. So sure, all those pedals may make you sound great, but they can just as easily be a total trainwreck. BTW The Edge isn't such a technically shithot guitarist either, the value is in the melodies and sounds more than a virtuoso playing style.

Hello Randolf... As huge fan of U2 I have to pay you many many compliments beginning with the pedal work, the technical accuracy of this performance , and guitar perfection. Add to that a fantastic vocal rendition of With or Without you. Also the quality of the recording. I played your video through my Marantz 7008 Amp on pure mode paired with Martin Logan Ethos speakers , a B & W sub . The way electrostatic speakers dispersed your voice and sound is incredible. Wow, I just found this video. When you started playing the guitar with the loops, I already thought this was incredibly masterful. In my heart I was hoping your voice would not be the weakest link. Because you know everyone would unconsciously judge you against Bono. I'm happy to say, you crushed it! You kind of sounded like Bono with a little Bryan Ferry mixed it. Best cover of this song I've heard!

You're my inspiration to play with looper pedals. Amazing!

I saw a performance of the Vienna boys choir one Christmas and there was a piece where these kids clapped on the back beat. The conductor tried to teach the audience how to do it and we all failed miserably. This guy creates a beat and then loops in the back beat like it’s nothing. I always find that to be so impressive when I watch this.

Seriously the best u2 cover of all time. I'll never stop listening to this as I play guitar everyday great job man

This man has the fastest feet on the planet...a looping master and a brilliant musician...completely commands his Godin...he also has a beautiful soul...

A criminal superb rendition of a classic Rock/ Pop song, the only negative is that it is not on Soundcloud ... life's irony looping.... when you want to loop ( repeat) the song on Spotify.. well at least it's on YT. Cheers, and keep up the great work you do.
