A kind of spring rolls quick to make! You can just top with cheese - or top with the stuffing recipe I show you on video. If you want to avoid the breadcrumbs you can roll them in egg whites and fry the spring rolls. You need 9 cheese sticks and not 6 as shown in the video. This recipe makes 9 servings. Each serving is about 203 calories. Good tasting !

Ingredients:
200 g plain flour (1 cups + ¼ cup)
1 pinch of salt
30g butter at room temperature or quality margarine (2 tbsp)
6 to 8 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
3 tablespoons of crushed walnuts
1 tablespoon of honey
Cheese cut into 9 sticks
2 eggs, beaten
Breadcrumbs
