WITCHY EVENING ROUTINE & Fluffy Overnight Breakfast Rolls

Ойын-сауық

Witchy Evening Routine | Fluffy Overnight Breakfast Rolls
Today I would like to take you with me through my spiritual self-care and witch evening routine and additionally share my quick and easy recipe for mouthwatering fluffy overnight breakfast rolls with you. If you have been following me for a while, you might already have seen my witchy morning routine that I love to do once a week to really reconnect with myself and nature in order to slow down and enjoy life a bit more mindfully. If you haven't seen it yet, you can find the link here • Interview with a COTTA...
But Some weeks the mornings are just busting at the seams with activities and chores so those weeks I do enjoy to instead of taking some me-time early in the day, choose to have a quiet and peaceful evening just for me. This evening will be filled with activities that nurture me spiritually, mentally, physically and give me new energy for the week. These special evening I start off in the late afternoon, with setting the tone for the rest of the night just right with preparing a lovely dinner. As a passionate kitchen witch, preparing and eating good food and taking the time for a proper sit-down meal is very important to me. So on that one special evening, I will actually take the time to prepare a magickal feast for me and my partner. Mindfully pick out ingredients, pour love and intention into it, and prepare something that doesn't only nourish my body but will also feed my soul. And of course, I will venture out in the fields to admire a beautiful sunset, gathering some herbs along the way to later put in a relaxing bath. No witchy evening routine would be complete without drawing a card of the day from my tarot deck and doing some journaling and scripting. What do you do for your special nighttime routine?

Aaaw beautiful video 😍💚 You really have a great routine!! I only have one like yours every end of winter/ early spring, because it's somehow a time of the year in which I love and need a lot of selfcare ☺️🤷🏼‍♀️ But at the moment I'm just swimming in the lake before it gets dark sometimes :) Is that 'THE sunset' 🤣 If yes, I think it was worth the trouble! The footage is amazing 💚

Thank you ♥️ well, I try to do it as often as I can so I don't go insane haha I get it - after the winter (especially after the grey, muddy and wet months after Christmas) it is so nice to do some self-care 🛀 swimming in the lake in the evening sounds soooo nice! I ll have to find a good one here too. And yes, this was in fact THE sunset hahah wish I could have shot some more of it from up the hill but I was too slow by foot 😂

I use a damp cloth just touching the dough when I leave it in the fridge overnight. A bowl with a lid is better for cookie dough. I love that you don't believe in divination. Makes me feel better about not believing in curses. Blessings!

What a wonderfully tranquil video. As a tip for environmentally friendly covers for the rolls in the fridge, you can use a damp dishcloth to cover the bowl instead of aluminum foil. I keep all my fruits and vegetables fresh that way and store dough that I don't use immediately for up to a week in the fridge without it drying out. Depending on the setting of the fridge, you might need to re-dampen the towel every other day. 😘😀

Another beautiful video to inspire a routine and preparing food with love. You asked about an environmentally friendly alternative to aluminium foil: I normally use a shower cap but I will use my Le Creuset for the overnight rolls (I use this to bake most of my breads in) so will just pop the lid on.

Could not agree more! Baking is one of my favourite ways to still a pitta mind filled with worry, stress or just too many todos to think about) it forces me to focus on one thing and steady my breath and heartbeat. Always love the cameos of your little one, but I think we got a glimpse of your big one too (hi!)! I work with horsetail in oil infusion and salves! What a beautiful tub!! Spaaaaahhhh 😁. Love the Womb-Room!! Perfect place to recharge, or rebirth yourself!! And always love witchy tours! Yes please!! Ahhh! Love this! I definitely incorporate ritual into my night time routine. Not as consistently as I would like these days. I ritually make skin care products that are designed to nourish and clean my skin, but also have energetic intentions in their use and even shadow work! I layer energies in my practice so generally the tea, incense, oils, candles all hold the same intension based on my workings that day or night.

See, this is what I just meant in my DM to you :D Instant happiness from your kind words! Glad I am not the only one with a weird thing for baking-meditation. I would love to see a video on the process of you making those skincare products - that actually sounds amazing! Are you going to share some of that with us? And yes, it is hard to try and find time for proper self-care at times but so lovely and important, once you find the time, to really make an evening into a ritual of self-love and re-energizing. Never heard the term womb-room (and also cannot really decide if it is grossing me out or if I love it xD)

The witches' cookery 🤣😂😅 it came to me when you were describing the space! As a mom hopefully it doesn’t gross you out 🤪 I don’t know what will happen with my store dreams right now, but I may save the recipes and share the act of the rituals on KZread and I am working on a 12 month Patreon plan to begin in a year or two that will offer (potentially) the recipes... still a lot to consider. I actually binged watch a new Netflix show called Sweet Magnolias that I am really loving. The pastry chef character actually talks about how baking helped him deal with loss and ptsd! Was totally talking to the t.v. in the nutty way I do agreeing totally with him! Then I saw your video and it was like.. whoop there it is! (Name that oldie if a song!)

Instead of aluminum paper u can use beeswax or soy wax wrapping! Works really well and u could even make ur own!🌛 Thanks for a lovely video🐝 I deeply enjoy ur philosophy thank u for being here💞 I’ve got a question to ask. In my Net community there are some people (considering themselves as “true” witches) who are translating the idea that witchcraft always comes with a price. A negative one despite the intention and energy u put into the spell or ritual. They believe that even healing and light spell work (green, cooking Witchery etc) cause a negative backfire on u and ur family. And u should always protect urself and make kinda repayment to a deity etc. I don’t relate to their position but their videos make me frustrated and even sad because deeply in my soul I’m afraid of such kind of stuff. I do not understand how, for instance, making candle for good luck or healing my skin could negatively affect me? If my intention is good and I’m doing no harm to anyone? Personally I believe that universe always holds ur back and we are here on this earth to be happy. And universal energy always supports us and provide us with good stuff. However, this people provide information that universe doesn’t have morality and it doesn’t matter what kind of ritual u are performing (even small ones like tarot reading) the energy will come to u negatively if u don’t protect urself with some kind of stuff. What is ur opinion about that? Hope that it isn’t so overwhelming💞 And so sorry for my language I’m not a native speaker. Best regards 🌱

What a great tip, I will definitely try that out! Thanks 💚 Witchcraft is a big umbrella term for all kinds of believe systems, so as with everything, people will have their own believes and opinioms. Especially for some that see witchcraft as a religion (for example Wicca or some pagan believes), they might feel that they have to worship dieties to be safe (I am a secular agnostic, so I don't believe in any gods or godesses). I do believe that doing witchcraft comes with a price, however I believe that "price" is the effort and time you have to put in it to get a result. I don't believe in negative backlash of a positive thing :) in my honest opinion, that is just the viewpoint of a very pessimistic, negative person that maybe has dealt with a lot of misfortune in their lifes and might just be wildly misinformed about what witchcraft is in general (or have watched too much Sabrina one Netflix). And I also would be highly suspicious of anyone that tries to claim the term "real witch" - we are all real witches with our own paths. In the 17 years I have been practicing, my craft brought me nothing but good things 😉 also I am a big believer in the law of attraction: if you think positive, you welcome positive things. If you think negative, or live in fear, you will attract negative things. So I would advise you to let them talk their talk and just do your thing 💚☺️
