When you go through difficult things, the meaning of these songs is very different. One of the things that makes The Witcher 3 the best is that it brings out my emotions with its music and takes me back to memories of my first gaming experience, making me feel like I'm in heaven. i really feel that. The whole witcher 3 soundtrack is just pure comfort zone for me. When i struggle with anxiety this never fails to put me at ease

Isn't gaming amazing ? Doesn't it provide you with a nice, warm, safe space - figuratively and literally. I'm 46 and still game all the time, it's all I do apart from work. It's all I've ever done. When I was young, I didn't have food, was not warm - didn't have decent parenta growing up, a drug addicted dad and a mum I only spent 3 years with, who was a bitch. I can remember being about 9 (getting a commodores 64 in my room) getting some warm porridge and sticking a blanket over my head and loading up games on using a cassette. I was not cold, I was not hungry I felt safe. My partner now is amazing, she's always telling me "You spend too much time playing PC games, I bought the XBSX, PS5 and you don't play them - isn't that true gaming. Haha, gotta love her. Gaming is amazing.

Thank you for making this. I play it all the time - when I’m writing, when I’m at work and I need some non-distracting white noise, and even at night a lot of times for some quiet noise/music when I’m trying to go to sleep. It’s invaluable. Thank you

Same as you, This game can change and save lives..I cannot say if its source would still provoke that unspeakable feeling, that inspiration and also provides that peace in the future. Nevertheless, it's "invaluable" as you said to still find this warm feeling while listening to the witcher ost. I will always refer to it to find this "safe place" we are all looking for in life, - Maybe a future writer from France,

Thank you for this. Took me a while to find it, went from snow walking sounds to skyrim night ambience .. but while listening to those tracks, something was amiss. And then I knew. I just binged the whole second season "the witcher" yesterday ... now the game is calling me, but I won't give in this time. Keeping it spoiler-low... "They" are happy, finally and this is where it ends for good, at least for me. I'll never ever put a single foot on Temeria's cursed grounds again. So much foolishness, greed, sadness and degeneration in one place. Sick to the bone. Stupid, stupid elves, why didn't you go into hiding far off of your damned elder places. Pride, the downfall of even the mightiest and oldest, need to add that to the list "why I hate temeria the most". Gosh... I miss the howling wind. Maybe It won't hurt just installing it a little bit, again...

this was so helpful and relaxing to listen to while studying, thanks!!
