I really enjoyed this book. Its a great resource to access ideas that are simple and straightforward that you can make your own. Its well laid out and can be read piecemeal by interest.

I’ve got this book from a friend, and to be honest, I found it seriously lacking. It felt like the target audience was teenage girls who need a very gentle introduction to witchcraft. It’s not bad for that, it introduces concepts very gradually and helps the readers build a bit of magic into their everyday lives, but if this is not your first time hearing about this topic, then it just doesn’t feel enough.

The author live in Montréal ?! Lol i didn’t know that its close to where i live.

Elena, you read my mind! I am ordering right now. I have been feeling very off lately and I am having a hard time to focus on anything let alone reading. I think this is going to be a perfect way to resume reading and nurture my inner self at the same time. By the way... I just received my box but I have not opened yet!!!

Leticia S I am enjoying the book so far, but I’m a beginner on learning the craft.

I have to be honest the book didn't resonate with me... mantras felt uninspired, most exercises are generic, topics like hygge were sumorized to the basics and the way she talks about embracing depression literally made me feel uncomfortable. She has a book that I like tough, House Witch it's a solid HearthWitchery 101.

Thank you for sharing that. For me it was definitely dry as I said and there was a lot more she could have gone into beyond the summary. And your comment gives me a prompt to think a bit deeper about this trend to put out books with tons of ritual/spells. Are they effective? Necessary? I've taken it for granted that most if not all of these books will come jam packed with them, but why? I know for me, I'm looking to dive deeper into the dynamics behind the craft and maybe I shouldn't take for granted that they are all just going to be this same formula. Thank you for pushing me to look a little deeper into my own inklings. Also! I have her House Witch book on my list. I"ll give it a go in the next couple of months!
