IIM B is a little tricky... They have more focus on academics... So always is dicey.. yes they like 1-2 years of experience

Sir... FMS is hit or miss it has just about 100seats for Gen category.. should broaden your choice set a bit more. And got to put your head down and put in the hours. Give your best. God will do the rest.
