Wow Marc what a beautiful collection of gorgeous minis! My very first car back in 1971 was a mini 850 in Renault yellow with simple arches and steel “rostyle” 10x4.5 wheels. Reg no. 279 XKO. We soon had the engine out and fitted a complete MG 1100 drive train in perfect nick that I bought from a local car breakers for £75 quid. (That was a fair bit of dosh in those days, about two months salary for a youngster! 😊

Cheers mate we did come off from time to time. It was more a few cars had issues so it was much easier. Definitely adventure off on some more routes next time.

Nice to see Sam and the Midas again, I've missed both. Different to see this run in January, the last video I saw it was in the Summer. I hope Alex Hart didn't put diesel in any classic Minis if he turned up 🤣

It was a great day out. This event is always cold and wet but fun to get the cars out and put some miles on them.

I totally forgot about the run, wouldn't it be nice if the weather was nice, just for once! I do like the new shape mini, but I must admit, I hate seeing them at shows, I can see them in any supermarket car park.👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Aha that’s a shame it was good run out even if the weather was grim. I get that it does wreck a line up somewhat but they are nice cars in their own right and nice to see everyone playing nice together aha

Great amount of Minis out enjoying the run and seeing the sights. At least the weather got better as the day went on.

What a great day! I'm glad the weather cleared up a bit at the end for you. I've had breakdowns at shows before, at least there are always people around to help you if you need it, just typical its the wipers that go wrong haha. At least the Triangle of Doom in Minis isn't too bad lol. Its great to see so many Minis in action, its a great start of the show season! Apologies if ive been a bit quiet posting comments lately. I've been super busy and have fallen a bit behind on videos so I'm catching up on videos as we speak haha. But the volvos are looking amazing and the work you've done on Violet are going to prove really useful for the work I'm about to do on my Mini. Wish me luck😂👍👍😎

It was great day out it really was. Just my luck the wipers went but we fixed it at the services and now I have proper fixed it. It was less a triangle of doom and more poor camera placement aha No need for apologies buddy I am sorry I can’t smash more videos out for the same reason life is busy but doing what we can buddy. Glad you have found recent videos useful that’s the plan 👍

This one is ran by Wirral minis. Facebook is the best place to see shows and events I have found

@@SimpsonsClassics Wirral Minis also have a website where information about the Llandudno run is posted. However you need to be quick because the event is usually sold out by November. Tickets are in the form of a run plaque and proceeds go to charity.
