Sir mere pass hp ka mouse hai wireless .. all lights working .. new battery hai .. keyboard pr bhi light on hai .. new laptop pr bhi check kiya .. Bluetooth connection show kr rha hai new laptop pr .. mouse cursor move nhi oo rha kya problem hogi ??

Wireless mouse ka dongle kho gaya hai... Wireless mouse ko usb mouse me kaise contact kare pl batao

Same model mouse me jo ON indication wali light hai wo steady nahi hai, wo continue flicker kar rahi hai. Kya problem ho sakti hai

First check battery Battery ok open full mouse . Usko dhup me shukha dijiye Ok ho jayega. 100%working condition me aa jayega

@@technicalhelpgurusunil1566 Thank you very much. And as U said maine bhi uska red LED check kiya, multimeter ko diode mode me daalkar.. Wo bhi glow nahi hua.. Is it because of initial problem ya use bhi change karne padega.

Hp ka mouse he. Light sahi he but jal nehiraha he. Crasher round round ghum rahahe

i put my mouse in laptop bag and forgot to turn it off after 1 day i took it out and my mouse started draining battery very fast like 1 pair of battery once a day when 1 pair of battery lasted for 6-7 months

मेरे पास iball माऊस है जो चालू करने के बाद एक दो मिनट चलता है और बंद हो जाता है माउस को हथेली पर ठोकते या बटन को बंद करके चालू करते है तो चलता है और फिर वापस एक दो मिनट बाद बंद हो जाता है क्या ठिक हो जायेगा या नया माउस लेना पडेगा बहुत परेशान करता है प्लीज समाधान बताये
