Thanks for the heads up on the split-loom. I might rewire the car and I like the ease of that split-loom stuff. :)

The split loom worked really well - & fairly inexpensive off Amazon. Definitely get 1/4" and 1/2". Good luck with the wiring if/when you decide to tackle it!

I do admire your credit card spending habits 🤩!!! Thanks for showing the less glamorous parts of a big purchase upgrade, like this Painless wiring kit. It's a great product, I know as I spoken several guys who have bought them.. You've come so far, can't wait to 🙈 see the 1st "turn" of the key, even if it's just the dash lights, Head lights or radio even, it's a ✌️ victory nonetheless!!! Keep at it brother 😉...

Let me tell you, the throne of parts put a hurting on the CC! I have been happy with the Painless kit; though my car is a Frankenstein's monster of parts so some creativity was needed. Thanks for the support!

That was a good call going with all new wiring kit. I am taking a play out of Andy Kruse channel where he took the wiring into the engine bay through the backside of the drivers fender. It really cleaned up his engine bay. Keep up the good work!

Nice to see you going old school with your mustang. Being a little critical here. Why didn’t you do a little corrosion control under your dash areas? Even just a rattle can spray job would slow down the rate of rust going on and make it look cleaner. There are tones of rust exhibitors out there. Got to protect your investment. I restomodded a 65 mustang back in 2012 and used a 95 mustang for a donor car. Used the wiring and engine and trans out of it. Complete restoration and made sure to get as much rust protection I could do within reason. Also primer and paint everywhere. Any way keep up the good work and enjoy most of all.

Thank you for the kind words, Kenneth. To be honest, when I was putting it all together I didn't think about spraying under the dash, unfortunately. Sounds like you built a nice hot rod! Appreciate you following along.

I just finished with my 66 fastback wiring. Was great to see signs of life from the car. Any chance you could show detailed shots of the trap door fold down seat hardware. I believe I have all the parts but it was fully disassembled when I got it.
