+Coleen Taylor I have had a bad case of "I'd rather be crafting" Video editing is not one of my favorite things to do by a long shot! This Christmas has been one of the best in a long time; its hard to beat beating family and friends with wrapping paper rolls! I hope the Holiday season treats you well, and Happy Crafting! :)

I had made some of these not from your post and I can't remember who's it was but I did abunch of them Then today a family was in our booth at the farmers market where we have been for 7 years. The wife bought something and the little girl wanted to have one of these pendants. Her father very indignantly informed her that no she could not have it as it was a "pentagram". I was not there and I am glad because I would have been balistic and told him that he had an evil mind and as him how he ever was able to tolerate the US flag or Christmas or a gold star from teacher for being good in school. Yvonne by now you should know that I am a pretty easy going person but this really ticked me off. If he had said that they couldn't afford it we would have gladly gifted it to the little girl. I guess I just need to vent about this and it probably is silly to be so upset about it but darn it it amazed me how stupid people can be. I guess I just need a hug.

(sending you a hug with my brain!) It is difficult sometimes to just smile through some folks' ignorance and hate. I call them "star flowers" and sell them to folks from all sorts of paths. If it has meaning to you, then it has its meaning, otherwise its just a star. Shake it off and hope that the little girl will be a bit more open minded and informed than her father.

I agree people can be ridiculous,but I actually did make this as a pentacle. My friend cannot wear a traditional pentacle at her work so this project is perfect for her,she can hold her faith close to her heart and still wear our sacred symbol without it being so obvious. Regardless of that however, it's just an all around amazing craft project, whether it's a flower or a star or whatever😊
