Melissa I really enjoyed that and so happy that I am not the only one who whisper yells YAY when the wire cooperates. 😅 Great job. I thought you we going to hammer the four deco wires, but you really didn't need to. Looks great, and I work with Dragon's Blood Stone often, too.

I'm a newbie to wrapping and this was amazing to watch. All of my jewelry making supplies are packed up as I am moving at the end of the month. I do have some bloodstone cabochons but they're smaller and bulkier. It looks like you had surgery on your left hand. I hope you're on the mend! I have 3 back surgeries scheduled for next month. It will be nice to get some relief and unpack and organized!

Good luck with your surgeries! I hope it feels better soon. I wear a splint for my thumb. I’ve got severe arthritis ☹️ Surgical reconstruction is in option in the future if I want to go that route. Scary though!

Melissa at the beginning you said you were going to add tape for wire management. In my case I call it anger management! haha

Your work is very beautiful. I am just starting my wire wrapping journey and have purchased my supplies from Amazon. I notice that you have large spools and wondered where I could source something like that. I figure there will be much trial and error and I will need lots more wire to practice with.

Hi Melissa, great video! I made a few copper bracelets a long time ago from leftover house wiring and they were hard to keep shiny and bright. Any care tips for copper jewelry?

Just dip them in lemon juice with a small amount of sea salt in about 30 seconds the copper will be shiny again. Use a soft toothbrush for any intricate decor spots. I don't submerge my gemstones tho tk maintain their polish and luster. I hope that helps.

I know you can seal copper but I have yet to try that!

@@ZurickDesigns thanks for the reply. I tried spray lacquering them and that did not work very well. I like your dipping method better. I think I still have one of those bracelets somewhere. If I find it I’m going to try that. Keep up the great work, love your videos. Regards, Bill
