I live in the Netherlands myself but I’m still amazed by the fact that this looks like it was filmed in 1920. The occasional car, bike and vibrant color breaks the illusion

I can't imagine a more beautiful city than Amsterdam when covered in snow.

The architecture in your city makes me so happy

Nothing beats a walk in the snow. I been walking around for hours and hours last 2 days in the snow, it makes me feel so peaceful and happy to see everything around me so beautiful covered in white, other people going for a walk, kids (and adults because you see adult people turning into kids and enjoy it even more than the kids) playing in the snow, people randomly greeting and talking to eachother. Snow, ice and winterfun is really good for the mood and mental state of people. I wish we could enjoy it more often and longer here in Holland. I would have loved if your walk was longer, I could watch this for hours, Amsterdam is gorgeous with the more nostalgic and older look, and this comes from a true Rotterdammer

I was there in Amsterdam from November to December 2020. Wished to experience some snow during that time. But couldn't. This video just helped me stare at the beauty of the city when covered with snow. And the sounds of the pedestrian crossing. Ah! Memories. Going to settle there from March 2021 onwards. Wonderful video. Would love to see some more areas covered with snow. ❤️️❤️️
