The flow and spontaneity are nice, but the uke are "playing along" a bit, that is to say they're not actively trying to overcome the tori. Better than doing nothing but draconian set patterns but can still lead to overestimation of one's own abilities if all one defends against is half-hearted attacks.

I would like to see if the demonstrated throws will work on a judo practitioner. The throws are lame, the techniques are lame, there is poor to none kuzushi. It looks so fake even the crowd is bored
