WINTER IS COMING...time to switch out the dog box

As the early morning temperatures drop up in Maine, Sam finds the need to switch out his simmer dog box for his well built winter box. Keeping the hounds safe and comfortable while in transport and while rigging is most important. He will be giving a few important details about the construction of his winter box. Bobcat season is almost here.
With the cold weather moving in the Maine Black Bears have gone down for the winter. We look forward to capturing some action this winter.

There’s a many high priced dog boxes ridding in the back of a high priced pickup that never has a good hound loaded in them that pretty box don’t make a good hound.

Hey sir, I am 60 year old. Never owned a tracking collar . Just don’t know if I can catch on to a alpha. Seems that is what most people use. I do have a iPhone.

Do you see a problem with starting 9 week old puppies in the woods and walking them through and letting them do there thing without starting them on game?

Ok cool I have some bmc English pointer pups and I’ve been taking them out almost every day. Today I threw some hot dogs into a brush pile and walked them past it they winded them right away. My dogo pup didn’t have a clue so I know they got a nose to them.

9 week old pups are fine to go to the woods. I reconnect it. 100%
