That 90% off haul, from Hobby Lobby, is absolutely FANtastic. (A close relative, of mine, received that gorgeous, church painting, too. She absolutely loves hers, as well.🤩) ... I love your resolutions/personal goals. I have a few, specific ones, but this year I added a new one. Each day, I attempt to perform a simple act of kindness, even if it's only paying a genuine compliment, making a phone call, or doing an actual deed. Hi T , Terrie here, love all the Grinch items you got. I collect Grinch and have a Grinch tree. I used to work at Lenox china and gifts and every year they came out with a new china Grinch ornament so I have a good bit from there as was there for many years. When I went to my Hobby Lobby there was nothing left in Grinch merch. I have to tell you though Cracker Barrel just got their Easter stuff in and we have 3 different bunny blow molds plus some really cute bunnies I think made out of wood but not sure as I didn’t take any out. Our Easter stuff is not on the floor yet but they just came in on the truck this week. Loved the tier tree and I love that you have your Granny’s cookbook. My daughter is so excited about all of the Grinch items!!! I can't wait to start on her tree come October!! My Granny's cookbook is one of my top 5 favorite items in my house. If there was ever a fire and I had enough time to get my family out and a few items, that would be one of the things I would take! I pray you both continue to get better my dear friend! Your winter tray looks so pretty. I love the blues. Encouraging you on your weight loss, Bible reading and water intake. I recently began drinking more water. I'm not a fan of drinking it, but my family is so we don't have a lot of other beverages sitting around. I've been making sure I drink 16 ounces. My father bought me a new Bible that you read in a year. It's called The Daily Bible and it has all the books in Chronological order. I can now place what OT prophet is in what time frame because I have been reading this way. You read Kings, Chronicles prophets together. It's helped me tremendously. It is a longer sitting than 15 minutes though. God Bless!

I bought a bag of pine cones to use in my winter decor for the next few months but that was all. Your Granny's cookbook is precious. Please share some of your recipes, I can imagine they will be delicious. Also, I am on the same journey as you are this year. I call it my lifestyle change. Intermittent fasting and exercising. I love to get on my treadmill, turn on the TV and just walk. That is what I enjoy doing the most. Also, trying new recipes. Your tiered tray is perfect for the season. Hi, this is Vicky from Tampa! What a great haul from Hobby Lobby. You really hit the jackpot! Let’s talk about your resolutions as they mirror mine (almost identical). Full transparency here - I spent around 15-20 minutes each morning reading scriptures and listening to my favorite pastors prior online sermons/podcasts. That routine was very important to me and really kept me grounded each day. I started watching decorating KZread videos - yes KZread and I’m totally hooked on spending a great deal of time tuning into my favorite ladies (such as you) and about 5 others. Honestly I have allowed it to take the place each morning and my intention for 2023 is to change my morning priorities and save the KZread décor videos I enjoy so much to later in the day. Enough about me but want you to know I love how you incorporate the things from your granny. You are so blessed to have had such a wonderful relationship with her. Have a blessed day. ❤❤😊

I started trying to lose weight last year due to Atrial Fib. I lost 50 lbs but I’ve gained 7 pounds back through the holidays. Would like to lose 25 more pounds. I too have problems drinking enough water. I add in sugar free drink powder to flavor it from Walmart. Be careful with those energy drinks. They can cause heart arrhythmias. I’m a retired nurse and have seen this. You really got some great bargains at Hobby Lobby. Your tiered tray turned out great! Good luck with your goals. 😊

T I got so excited when your post showed up. I’ve missed seeing you. I know you enjoyed the break. Today I am half heartedly taking down my decorations in our living room. I will be glad to get things back to normal once it’s done. Your HL really had a great selection. I saw a couple pieces that I have. At our store what was left was damaged or missing pieces. The winter décor is just enough to add coziness for January. Good luck with your resolutions. Not doing real well with mine. The weather has a lot to do with it I think. Hi Shirley! Your comment made me smile! I was thinking of having another channel to do strictly Bible studies and things related to that. What do you think? I think it would be a way to help me personally stay on track with my walk with Jesus goals and hopefully it might help someone else too! The weather is definitely not motivating for any goals! Winter is such a hard month! I think the Magic Mind supplement I am doing has helped me. I had really been praying that I would find something to help with my lack of energy and motivation! I was so tempted to go but I really held back this year and told myself NO lol which is really big for me hehehe I'm really great the Magic mind is working great for you! I gained weight after my puppy passed away a couple of years ago....I am on a health journey to just better myself. Whatever that number is …..I am not stressing over a number but just wanting to achieve over all health and good habits. I love your tiered tray... I am thinking about possibly retiring my tiered tray although I am not sure yet. I see cute ones like yours and I want to decorate lol. I love your cocoa set up! Hi Angie :) I am proud of you for refraining on the Hobby Lobby trip! I told myself that I was only going to spend birthday and Christmas money this year on decor unless I sell some current decor that I have! Hopefully I can stick to that! I had brunch at Cracker Barrel today and actually only bought two sets of salt and pepper shakers that were Christmas on clearance for 70% off! I only spent $1.30 :) LOL. I can definitely relate to gaining weight during a period of grief! I will probably never retire my trays, but I may for a season every now and then just to mix it up :) Oh girl, my hot cocoa bar isn't done yet. HAHA. Stay tuned :) It's going to be a lot less busy for winter though and I am not buying a bunch of sweets to fill it up! Have a great weekend!

Wow great haul! Your goals for the year are about like mine. I hoping to continue to lose weight , read my Bible everyday and get more organized. I have down loaded the lose it app. I really like it.The intermittent fasting is something I did a short time. I just get so hungry in the Mornings. I would like to eat my first food around 12:00 if I can make it that long.😂i have heard really good health benefits from intermittent fasting. I may try the intermittent fasting again. Hi Benita! I definitely want to be more organized as well! I have a few organization videos that will be coming out before Spring! I know exactly what you mean about getting hungry in the mornings! What has helped me is to stay extra busy until it's time to eat! That helps me power through the morning :) I also make sure I am well hydrated because being thirsty can actually make you think you are hungry even if you aren't! Have a great weekend sweet friend!

I am with you on the weight loss journey..I also wanted to mention regarding reading our bibles that I started BIBLEin365 last year w/Erika Kirk and I am now doing it again this year. I love how our daily reading includes both old and new testament reading plus either Psalms or Proverbs and they tie together so well. Happy New Year! Did you get your channel situation figured out? I hope so!!! Let me tell you, you can and will play a huge role in your grand daughters lives! I will tell you a something funny... I bought my first ornament as a grandmother! LOL... My son is only 19 and isn't even dating anyone, but I am already looking forward to the future! I am not rushing it by any means, but I just know I am going to love it! I already know what I want to be called :) Grammy! It's a combination of my Mom (Grams) and my Granny! @@ParadisePoint. I’m alternating between my juice cleanse and protein shakes as a meal replacement for breakfast. I typically try to pack a TON of veggies in there as well to get all the nutrients 😊 I’m going to try and stay strong still spring/summer! Just enough to form healthier habits and by then it will have warmed up here to focus more on outdoor exercise. Enjoy your weekend darling... take time to unplug ❤

I agree with you whole heartedly: God does so much yet we give Him so little time. 😢 I was watching a documentary during my last workout about how we spend an average of watching 2.5 hours of tv a day and maybe 30 minutes, if that, on exercise. Interesting when it’s put into perspective like that. Where did you find your ADORABLE wooden blue and white decor for tour tiered tray (mini signs, snowflakes, and mugs)? I’ve always decorated with snowflakes and snowmen for January but haven’t had much luck finding specifically blue and white winter decor. ❄️⛄️
