If I were Konami I would remaster this with exactly the same gameplay. Make it online and sure there are no license infringements. Pretty sure it will quickly gain a big following.

Yes, I totally understand what you would say, because this was my thoughts too, since they have remastered the 'Classic Crash Bandicoot 1, 2 & 3' which were released in 1996, also they did the same for 'Crash Team Racer' and now they are available in high resolution graphics 4K. I was wondering the same for the 'Winning Eleven', particularly 'Winning Eleven 3 and 2000_U23'.💿⚽️⚽️⚽️🥅 But unfortunately, Winning Eleven for PS1 has been discontinued since 2002. Consequently, it was replaced by the 'PES' series and now also the same happened to 'PES' which was replaced this season by 'eFootball'. 😆 IN MY CONCLUSION ITS DIFFICULT TO REMASTER IT TODAY BUT WHO KNOWS MAY BE A THIRD PARTY TEAM CAN ADOPT THIS REMASTERING PROJECT - AND A DREAM COULD TURN INTO REALITY '4K Reality'! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀📀 Where are you from, BTW?

I'll not say they are different, but sequels . The Winning Eleven 2002 is the updated, improved and more evolved in terms of game strategies, player techniques, dribbling, shooting, crossing...etc Moreover, game speed is a little bit faster. Keep in mind that Winning Eleven 2000 when it was released before the Euro 2000 in Holland&Belgium 🇳🇱&🇧🇪. Consequently, Winning Eleven 2002 was released before The World Cup 2002 - Korea&Japan 🇰🇷&🇯🇵.
