LOL - Kiss, kiss. Haha. That was a great perspective. Normally, I turn racing videos off after the first lap, because I have seen the course already, and it gets repetitive. But, having a pilot to root for, and seeing their struggles along the way made it more interesting. Great job guys.

Yeah, that is something drl has to improve. There is to much bullsh*t moderator talking in DRL. This here with Vanover was great, makes your self as a viewer more focused on the race.

Dang, I need to stop lookng at comments before I get to the end. You could have started with SPOILER! 😉 Congrats Alex, even if I haven't seen you win yet. Did that Alex' video seem really bad, or is that just how it is at these big races? I mean, it's perfectly flyable, but it seems like a lot of colored bands and noise. Or is this a case of the DVR being noticeably worse than what you see in the goggles?I have HD3s, and my DVR looks pretty good to me , especially compared to what I saw here, but it's mostly outdoors too, and I imagine all the multipathing and stray RF don't help.

@@ledchickenfpv7164 Oh sorry man. I never gave it any thought about spoiling the outcome of the video. Yes I do agree with you on the DVR footage. It basically sucks. If this whole video was just DVR footage there is no way I could watch it all. I'm not really a big fan of this type of racing and how they remember when to make all those turns is pretty confusing to me.

@@augie6029 Agreed. It's great, but you'll have to mess with the mass, gravity and drag to make it feel right. Get an OTG cable and plug your controller in. The virtual sticks are just going to teach you bad habits.

He's fast, but if you watch in the final he'll pull back to get back on his line and not hit gates. That's actually being fast.

Love it! The boy and I are building our fleet to learn this thing called FPV.... tinyhawk(fun around the yard), Tomoquads Carrera(micro 2.5" racer), FVP Flight club Neutron 3" our park Practice quad, and when we can make it to the field.... 2hrs away.... our tokio pro's. Just want to fly, fly and fly some more!
