“Covering indie movies, foreign films, etc” I love James and Chelsea coming out to directly address their support for the strike whilst protecting themselves and their contracts. Although, after the end of august, I am very excited to see the content on the horizon. I very much enjoy indie horror and think that it could be fantastic for the Dead Meat team to shed some light to projects that fly under the radar that shouldn’t. A sort of bittersweet blessing in disguise. I will say that if you choose to tackle analog horror at any point, I cannot express how much I recommend the Mandela Catalog by Alex Kister. Well, Rhys Frake-Waterfield has some movies he's making and a sequel is one of them. The others are Bambi: The Reckoning, and Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare. That last one probably wouldn't be too far off from the kind of stuff we see in the book.

LOVE that you guys are speaking out about the strike. My first reaction was something along the lines of "Oh, a bunch of rich people are mad they don't make more money." Then I did a bit of research and realized quite how bad the situation was, and how few of the people affected by the strike are wealthy actors. Thank you for addressing it. Your channel is hugely popular and your message getting across to so many is crucial.

I feel like this happens a lot in art related fields, most people assume all artists are rich when they barely make a livable wage, The same thing happened with AI art, The misinformation feels almost deliberate tbh,

7:03 You know when James hates a film when he refuses to do the TITLE CARD! The only other time he refused to do that was for I’ll Always Know What You Did Last Summer.
