In this day and age a lot of people are fake balling to maintain a false image that they are doing well but in reality they are struggling, it doesn't make sense trying impress people that in most cases don't even care about you, just be confident in who you are and focus on building character within yourself as that's where the real confidence is at.

I've been through some difficult times and occasionally still struggle with my mental health. Do what you can do and don't worry about what you cannot control. For example my ass will be the first in the gym. Look after the clothes you have until better comes your way, do your own nails etc.

Hey I’m going through the same situation as yourself. You should practice a concept called mindfulness , as it’s opened my eyes towards mental health. Read a book called power of now by eckhart tolle
