I love when rumba is danced with such purity and emotionally deep and sincere, without looking sugary sweet and soppy as is the case wit quite a few I've seen. How on gods earth these two have not be rewarded with a world title leaves me bewildered. They just pop my cork, and this rumba performance is truly moving. Maybe this year will be their year for that title. I hope so, they so deserve it.

Brad Cherrie. indeed old mate! Happy days....I felt much the same. You know, just comparing the current NO1& 2. Both brilliant but very different styles, chalk and cheese really. I would like ask these adjudicators why they choose to place Stef and Dasha second to R&Y. Some dancers show you something and others make you feel something. I know which one I would pay my money to see every time. I get frustrated when this beautiful musically artistic style isn't favoured. Maybe I'm wrong and I should just go find a nice comfortable place a sleep. It'll never happen..

Joe Testa . I don’t understand why there isn’t more mixing it up either. The regular top six are are good . I suppose the couples who have been together a long time just have a little more togetherness? I love Marina Sergeeva (and Doran) Nino and Andra as a couple, and Ina (troels leaves me a bit flat but I recognise how rhythmical he is). But the top two seem to have something extra. It’s great to watch though ( and occasionally bag Helge the know it all out too!! ) cheers mate

I agree with the judges in the World Championships 9 years in a row -- Riccardo and Yulia are better. And this year certainly I think they will be world champions for the 10th time. I think the UK cha cha cha solo was Stef & Dasha´s most excellent performance in their career. Yet also in cha cha cha R + Y in my opinion are best. Always when Stef & Dasha dance, someone want R + Y kicked out of first place. Never ever me. R + Y are best.

Helge Christopherson. As always just another long winded, meaningless statement from you without supporting it with even a grain of reason. You tell us you are a world renowned dance teacher with decades of knowledge, yet this is all you have to offer. Really? I suspect you might just be having us all on. I accept your right to an opinion, My challenge to you is to offer your so called expert reason as to why, which I strongly suspect as usual you wont give. By the way R&Y have already won their tenth title so you are behind the times o knowledgeable one. Catch ya!

@@joetesta3352 When Joe Testa is asking the judges via youtube to break their secrecy, to explain to "judge" Joe why they don't put Stef & Dasha first, and kick R + Y out, everybody in the entire world should understand that patriots of the Honorable World Champions, are called by the mighty universe, to support the excellent, the unique, the brilliant world champions (R + Y). Ballroom and latin is being polite on the floor, and not mistreat judges on youtube the way Joe did on this page.

Helge Christopherson. I asked you to give a simple reason to support your opinion that's all, and you dish up this indecipherable, irrelevant rant about only god knows what. If you are a world class teacher ( and Helge, you and I both know you are not, Don't We?) then show it by contributing some meaningful relevant comment that seven remotely sounds like its coming from someone with some knowledge. Is that too much for you to do? .As usual refusing to support your opinions with any kind of explanation and trying to twist it back on me as you have tried to do here. What a complete joke you are!!! All you are successfully achieving here is going a long way to proving to the world you are probably just fake news and not what you claim to be. Dude, I'll' give you the shovel and let you dig your own hole. So far your doing an excellent job of digging, keep up the fine work.
