Hi Sean, Enjoy your new son. My seven week old Bugout had a omega spring break. Unfortunately, Benchmade will not send the replacement spring out, the knife has to be sent in for repair. I ordered aftermarket replacement omega springs on Etsy and they have more tension than the originals and fit properly. Have a grat day!

All well for the moment but i fear there will be more contamination after lockdown finishes. We have heavy fines here if caught out without good reason and an authorisation. Not bored yet, trying to improve my knife making. Lol.
