Yekindar went from one of the best players in all of CS:GO in 2021 and 2022 to one of the worst performing players in tier 1 cs2. At this point, it's gotten so bad that calling Liquid a tier 1 team might not even be true anymore. 0:19 - Rough start, edited vod is not even 20 seconds in and Yekindar is 0/4. 2:29 - Am I being too harsh or how does he not just win this duel? Does Liquid not provide him a decent apartment within the city with good internet? Did they put him in a shack with DSL internet and a Walmart prebuilt? 7:26 - Did he just dry peak mid after he heard 2 enemy flashes mid? Cadian, NAF, and Skulls all have a flash that they could use to counter the mid play AND THEN Yekindar could peek but he's more aggressive than an elephant seal during mating season. 10:08 - I mean, this death is just funny. He attempts one footstep towards site against full HP riflers on both sides of the exit with an mp9 in his hands. If he would've jumped in that would have been absolutely mint to witness. 11:42 - Loses duel at range with an M4A1-S against a Tec-9. 15:37 - Pause. 1 minute and 8 seconds on the clock and Liquid plants the bomb. Look at the mini-map. Press play. Focus only on the map. Guess which player is Yekindar. 16:05 - Doesn't entry and also doesn't get the trade kill. Unacceptable. 16:50 - If you are reading this, you would have gotten this kill here immediately. Thankfully for Liquid, he cleans up the round. 21:35 - Pause. Look again at the mini-map. Guess the Yekindar. Incredibly risky and if Cadian dies here, the bomb isn't even planted for the position he is going to. My best guess was he was trying to set the record for being the furthest away from an ally's bomb plant in CS2 history. 22:41 - Stared at terrorist ass for a whole second before shooting and still didn't deny the bomb plant. Liquid loses pistol round. Then he goes on to have a remarkable performance for the rest of Anubis. (I will make no remarks because this is anti-Yekindar propaganda that I will use to psyop the CS community whilst sprinkling in real stats to make it look like I know more than you about the pro scene. I'm 12k in premier and I only know stairs smoke on Mirage. Please don't bully Yekindar online.) BONUS CLIP 26:47 - CADIAN MASSIVE WHIFF! (I love you Cadian) HLTV rating 2.0 per game: Map 1 (Mirage) - 0.24 Map 2 (Ancient) - 0.94 Map 3 (Anubis) - 1.65 Series - 0.94 If they kick him (underperforming aggressive entry fragger), Yekindar should join a team with BlameF (great stats hyper baiter). They might not win any games, but it'll be cool to see Yekindar drop 1 or 2 frags and BlameF drop 40 kills and they lose 13-8 on every map. A match made in heaven. Stewie2k is getting back into CS and would make the perfect replacement on this Liquid roster, trust me: First, Stewie plays on 4:3 (goated) and uses Logitech (goated x2) and Yekindar plays on native res (nooby) with HyperX (super noob). +1 Yekindar dies multiple times just in this series by getting spammed through smoke. Stewie would have simply jumped right through the smokes and killed whoever was on the other side. +1 In an interview with PLEY on 7/10/2022, NAF stated "Yekindar reminds me so much of Stewie2k". This means NAF thinks about Stewie. +1 Stewie is currently on and has in the past played with Brazilian players and teams. Skullz and Zews are Brazilian. +1 Stewie is a fantastic second awper in teams that already have a main awper. Cadian AWPs and Yekindar does not. +1 Finally, Twistzz and Stewie are two of the highest earning NA CS players in history and have both won Majors in style. They both make money and perform on the big stage. +1 Try to find a better replacement than Stewie2k or thank me later.

Liquid looks like they are straight up throwing on Mirage. No attempt at trading, no strats, team killing, Yakindar going 1 - 14. It's like they took the silver route and just said "play slow".

M80 played great on the first 2 maps, have to give them that at least. Personally think map 1 would have been a much more competitive match if Naf wasn't having an off game though. Kind of expect Yekindar to underperform at this point, but normally Naf is Liquid's rock.

They held out on re-signing him when his contract was set to expire, so believing he was gonna get cut he started looking for other teams. By the time Faze got around to his contract, he had already agreed to play for Liquid. Better to be on a so-so T1 team than benched or not signed at all. Also got to remember that Twistzz really got his start on Liquid, so going back to an org that you know pretty well is a good option.

Yekinder is a problem. Far too inconsistent as a player. He frags like Hooxie.
