I know this is old but great video. Possible slight disagreement around 9:50. I don’t think you should have taken the bird who eats wild food as “fish” eater. It should just be birds with a fish icon I think?

This is great! I was so confused reading the new automa rules, this was so helpful!

Thank you for the video! I was trying to figure out how to play the oceania expansion solo. Just wanted to let you know that u forgot to use an action token when you played a bird. You have 3 action cubes on the board where it says 'play a bird' but you have 4 birds on the board.

@16:56 for solo you only treat it as YES if the automa has at least a single cube on the current round goal, otherwise it is no

I still haven't the faintest clue how to use the end of round card for Oceania. Is it for the automa or for me? How do i know which goal is what? And the cubes on the goal tokens? What do those do for the automa? So confused.

The end of round card is for the Automa, you count up how much you’ve done of the goal as normal, and the cubes that have ended up there from Automa are added to the number in the relevant section of the end of round card, and you score it putting one of each of your cubes on 1st or 2nd place depending on who got the most (if you’re playing on the green side of the goal board which I think is the recommended one for Automa, but you can play the blue side too)

i've watched a few playthroughs of this game and its just not for me. i just find it....boring! i like birds, but...too far. great vid tho 👍
