This is very important I think in going forward in the future. I'm 46 and having the re think everything, and studying to learn these new skills. So thank you for this very detailed yet non daunting Video.
This is where we really need to be self-aware - creativity and critical thinking are definitely yin and yang, sometimes we need to be open to this in our teams. Challenge our unconscious bias and look for those that create culture add in business through the diversity of thought. This is key to human evolution.
