WINGS: The 5 primary skills for the future of work | Walter Vandervelde | TEDxVilvoorde

In a fast-changing world, what are the 5 vital skills you will need to be successful in your career? Walter will reveal how to develop what he calls your WINGS to embrace your future.
Creativity is a mindset. And undoubtedly, together with a handful of other competencies, one of the last differentiators to give us an unfair advantage on digitally driven intelligence. Walter Vandervelde is a professor, speaker and author in Creative Thinking and a strong believer in the human capacity to grow and change things for the better. Therefore, he encourages people to combine lifelong learning by adopting sustainable growth skills. A future-oriented vision that he puts into practice as Project Lead Continuing Education at the Erasmus Brussels University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Creativity is a mindset. @@jamesbanks5016folks no one can save you if you have no action,, prayer is only part of the process, miracle is seldom to happen, God always follow the Law of the Nature, God's said do your part and I'll do the rest.

This is where we really need to be self-aware - creativity and critical thinking are definitely yin and yang, sometimes we need to be open to this in our teams. Challenge our unconscious bias and look for those that create culture add in business through the diversity of thought. This is key to human evolution.
