i’ve seen so many hooded eye eyeliner tutorials from people without hooded eyes. you have the exact type of hood i have and this was rlly helpful 😭😭

Finally some one who has a long line that extends almost to the end of their eye. Mine does kinda the same thing I hate thick eye liner! I’ve tried the other method and I feel like a chola. Not my style.

Ok but like those are barely hooded eyes, mine are so hooded i can barely get away with a very thin line that cant even be flicked 😭 However this type of wing looks so much more subtle and softer than that other super crazy wings

Same here, i have very very hooded eyes. Just tight line you eyelashes with an eyeliner, thats what i do, i never apply eyeliner above my eyelashes, and then wing it out from the end of your eye. I also always use dark brown eyeliner cos black looks too much with my colors

Very good tips! I have a tutorial coming out tomorrow where I tightline the first 2/3 of the eye and then I do a babywing. I also do a smoked out one and then a batwing which is a great technique if you want a dramatic wing for a hooded eye!

the trick for doing linear on hooded eyes is holding your felt tip linear sideways and kinda stamp it as close to the lash line works for me a lot

Totally agree with you. That’s what I do with my Asian clients who have very extended hooded creases. But I do use a special technique to angle it even though the hood is very elongated. Thanks for a very informative video !

I see lots of people saying they don't know, I didn't either for the longest time!! There are different types of hooded but ours is only slightly hooded att the end 😍 im glad you found out!!

Looks really pretty, also I want to say I think you have the perfect eye shape for bringing the liner all the way to the inner corners, and maybe elongate the tear duct. I know you said you don’t like it, but the whole time I was thinking it could look nice ☺️

I would like to say a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I have been trying winged liner for years and have never been able to get it right. Firstly I had no idea I had a hooded eye and the dot is an absolute game changer!! I used to sit in front of the mirror for hours trying to get my wings even but I always ended up with sore eyes and one wing pointing up and one pointing down 😂 I have just sat in front of my mirror and done it perfectly in 10 minutes! You deserve a medal 🥇
