Slingshot looks like they nailed it! But, YA NEVER KNOW what they will do on the water. That's the review we want to see before dropping some coin....

Another very informative video, can't wait to see how they work on the water. I was wondering if you have plans on reviewing the new Duotone foils, especially the carve wing. Also, do you have demos at Mac where one can ride and test out your different foils. Might be worth a road trip. Thanks for all your great videos!

I have Sling-wing and love it dearly!

Ordered my Duotone 4mm with the boom, pump, leash and expected date will be July for my order to be received at my door. I’m going to use it for my SUP board, and a converted surfboard 6’9” into a foil-board and maybe chop up my original SUP board 11’6” Aquaglide and make that into a SUP foil board. It will be new to me in both Wing surfing or upwind and also foiling. I guess I will be starting out in a Lake or reservoir in the Bay Area before I go out to Santa Cruz or any where in the Bay area where there is a good launch site with good wind.

Any updates on the three different wings performance? I'm leaning towards the Naish due to it's lightweight and simplicity but would be cool to hear any thoughts you may have?!! Thanks

Hey Charles, It really depends on what you want from the wing. Personally, at 200 lbs with a wave riding style, I've been partial to the Duotone and Ozone wings. They create good power, drift well, are stable and easy to handle. Their larger sizes are super nice in sub-par wind as well. -Tucker

Sorry about that mate. Our mic was out of commission and we wanted to get this out. Normally we use better audio equipment. - Rygo

No matter what YT video you are watching....there's always someone to complain about the music...and of course someone to complain about the complainer.

Which one gives the best performance?

You guys know your stuff, but you gota mike up for this. Wing foils, uuuuugh.

Is there a way they can agree on what to call these thingsɁ this can be big in the near future, not having a common term for it can be messy :P I heard someone call it a handwing,, I think that's a cool name for it. :)

Would be cool if you added the F-one too.

your voice cannot be heard properly due to the pathetic music. Pity! Often less is actually more.

What is happening with that awful music in the background? I could not listen the video form more than 20 seconds. It destroyed your efforts

why would I buy a wing from you guys, what is the terrible sound track, sloppy presentation........"well though out comment" super dumb. why would you want to put a valve on the end like that????? the only reason the wing needs that supporting strut on the trailing edge is that its got stability issues with the design.....

Hi Marek, sorry you found the video disappointing. We normally release about 1 - 4 videos a week most of the year. I do my best to keep them as high quality as possible. Meaning valuable information and production. For this one, our Mic broke and I made a bad call releasing this video rather than redoing it. I hope you gleaned something useful out of it. What idiots are calling these wing foils? There is nothing foil about them. They are kite wings, and LEI structure (Leading Edge Inflatable), but with no actual wing profile, they are not foils.

Hey Robin, I think it is coming from the term "wing foiling". Foil referring to the hydrofoil being ridden. Perhaps Foiling wing would be a better choice, hahaha. So much confusion with the foil and wing names since you've got hydrofoils and hydrofoil wings in the same sport. People have been shying away from anything with the word "kite" because certain spots ban kiteboarding and they do not want to associate with that for fear that they will be banned as well. Maybe we should just call it a hand sail? -Tucker

I’m 195pounds, what size wing should I get? I have an opportunity to get the sling wing but it’s 4.3m...is it too small for me?
