1, the ball in the middle should be on a tighter set of elastics so that it, as a target, is more responsive. 2, you should run a rope to the ground from the bottom of the tire so that it swings less and swivels more, you could at thay point add a third arm at the bottom of the tire to give a transitional point to climb around so that your not just jumping from arm to arm with a big open area in the middle.

This is awesome. It's hard to believe but it has been proven time and time again that some people will buy into anything. I love it.

It is truely an interesting to see and I would like to try it out myself. I would like to challenge your thoughts. It seems as though your focus is blocking the arms not attacking, is that your intended goal of the exercise? What was your purpose for creating this tool?

When come to real combat situation it would be different!

it's much much more smart and realistic work than a punching bag.

Tires are great, but you better wrap your wrists. Elbow pads are smart as well. Injury easy..

Are those arms screwed or glued on?

We cut the tier all the way and put the hinge at the end of the arm.
