Yes indeed. And if she was from Trinidad she would have got more airplay & support. Many Trini DJs were biased about the quality Vincy productions that were coming out those days. Still are actually

This is an excellent example of what a good lyrical, musical composition/production is all about. Catchy, sing-a-long-to lyrics that are perfectly wedded to and supported by a tight and infectious melody. Not just some wishy-washy song like a lot of what we are bombarded with these days. This is Zoelah's best to date! Superb vocal performance! Congrats on a great song that along with some heavy tangible returns, is sure to take you furthur this year and make Vincies even more prouder.

Love this freaking song, I listen to this one and Alison Hinds Roll It Gal like everyday. Hope to go to Barbados and jam out at the clubs. Love the islands, moms Puerto Rican so this kind of music brings back memories and stuff...Que viven las islas del caribe!!!

Came in 4th place in Groovy Soca Monarch in Trinidad and Tobago with this tune. I was very impressed with her stage performance and voice especially since it was her first time. She could/should have really beat back some of the big guns there!
