I just happened upon your video and really enjoyed watching you restore this crimper. Amazing that you know how to do all of that, and do it so well! ♥️🙏🏼♥️
Bravo !
Just one thing to say, wonderful. I was wondering when Avril was going into inspect the progress 😊.
What a machine! I'm glad you show most of your projects in action afterwards, they are so special that only from looking at it the function isn't clear! Merci, mes amis! :-D
I wait months for these videos and I’m never disappointed
I was glad to see Avril is still the shop watchman. 😆 A lovely video!

You do such good work , so well thought out and executed. It is a pleasure to watch . Thank you .
Wow, I never would have guessed that was how this machine was used! It's actually a really slick design!
I really enjoy your videos. What a wonderful collection of off-beat items that you seldom see. I laughed when I heard the screech as you threaded the small brass posts. As a retired master machinist I have heard that sound many times and sometimes it doesn't matter what lubricant you use. Great video. Well done, sir.
These old machines were so well-made. It is wonderful to watch your careful beautiful restoration.
Very beautiful...so much patience and very detailed work after like a year i am watching this restoration because i find it really well and nicely done ...
I always appreciate the easy going way you deal with these restorations and the innovative ways you approach dismantling issues. And Avril of course - ! 🤗
The amount of work on display and the skill shown are inspiring.
You have all sorts of crazy tools I've never seen. Its very satisfying to watch him fix this
oh god, that working with brass noise! They told me as I got older I wouldn't be able to hear high-pitched noises, but the working brass sound even blasts through my old man ears! great restoration otherwise, beautiful.
This is the very definition of "the right tool for the job." Very cool!
I love how you demonstrate what it's used for after you restore it.
Insane skills, insane editing, i did enjoy this. Thank you, wish you the best dude !
Little did you know that what you were actually restoring was my soul
Um trabalho incrível você é o cara parabéns.
Excelente restauração.... Meus sinceros parabéns....
Now here is a man who makes a difference , and produces a working benefit from , basically , a load of junk ! RESPECT !
Fascinating machine, absolutely lovely to watch you restore it👏👏👏💖

What a beautiful restoration. I enjoy seeing the brass pieces clean up.
I love the way he disassembles every component in the antique, the way he shows that he really appreciates and is very careful with it. greetings from Indonesian🇮🇩
What a neat way to send your friends home with the last half of the bottle of wine from dinner or a party!
This is incredible! Great job, and very interesting engineering!!
The machine 9 months later: 🤰🤰
I appreciate the dedication to extending the wrench instead of using it left handed.
Really beautiful work, dude! It looks amazing! 😃 Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Very nice! Great to see old machines restored!
Love this channel. Always has new and interesting restoration pieces.
I congratulate you; There is no better way to reach retirement than by knowing and feeling very useful. Congratulations from México.
12:00 Money Shot! There’s the star! Great video - superb editing - what a glorious result!
The amount of time and craftsmanship that are put into these videos really shows and I love it
I love the process of taking it apart!
What an interesting little machine. Avril and I really enjoyed this one because it had so many parts.
This is history!!!!!!!! What a piece. Nice job.
Ah, so THAT'S how the capsule is fitted to a wine bottle.... Very good job!
There was a rather short era where a capped wine bottle, was considered luxurious.
I make wine for a living. At the time this was produced, capsules would have been made of lead and not a poly laminate capsule like you demonstrated. The polylam capsule still smoothed down relatively well, but the original lead capsules would have likely smoothed onto the bottle perfectly.
Nice restoration you gave a awesome look to it...😁😁😁
Great job,and as a wine enthusiast this machine is beautyfull, well done !
Wow!!! Fantastic as always! What kind of solid rubber tubing and glue did you use for the belt? That is SUPER impressive glue!!! Your addition of the staple was genius to ensure it will work for an additional many years to come!
Wow. One of your best restorations yet!
Great job. Bravo. Thank you very much for showing how it works, I have never seen this in my life and it was very interesting for me.
That's one quirky machine, great work. Enjoyed watching.
Very talented. Loved seeing Avril. M. Belinda Davis NC, USA
Avril as usual diligently doing her quality checks =)
That sandblasting is SO satisfying to watch! You do lovely and inspiring work. All that just to squeeze the metal onto a wine bottle? It makes me giggle. 😄😍
