There are dreams, and there is reality. And the veil that covers the faint border. The windswept realms are those places where the veil is very thin. Dreams and the world are but a flowing, interchangable instance. One could cut through the veil with enough willpower, and this ambient track perfectly reflects the fleeting nature of longing, wishing, and eventually succumbing to your heart's desire. One could pretend that dreams shouldn't be bothered with. That it would make oneself weak to commune with your fantasy and not adapting to the circumstances of reality. But why is that, excactly? This world is a harsh mistress. It is impossible to swim with the tides of time, and it isn't wrong to take a break once in a while. Pretending and being are two very different things; commiting to your own being or denying what is rightfully yours to take. In the end, this behaviour will shape yourself, smoothening your edges and polish your traits. There is only so much time in this world. Let us spend it on something we can thoroughly enjoy with all honesty, without remorse.

This is perfect for me as I love having background music whenever I'm working, reading or simply chilling at home.
