Man, that was a pleasure to watch from start to finish. Beautiful colors, the best way to end my day! i hope these girls know how lucky they are!!

Great to see Lac hasn’t changed that much. In the late 90s it used to be a couple of containers with windsurfing kit and a beach bar setup and operated by Ernst van Vliet. As can be seen his vision and vibes still carry on. Hope it doesn’t get more crowded and that this pristine windsurfing spot remains what it is for decades and decades.

I was there last March and stayed in the same apartment. Absolute windsurf heaven. The sisters are incredible. It’s very humbling when you think you are blasting and a 13 year old blows by you with a big grin on her face😁 Future stars for sure. Beautifully shot, Lars. You’ve really captured the magic of this place. Can’t wait to go back again this year😎

Great job of capturing the essence of Bonaire! I went there a few years ago and I couldn't believe how perfect it is for windsurfing. You have to be careful though. It's shallow! I ran aground a couple times, but luckily not hard enough to lose my fin. After a day or two I learned where to sail and where not to sail. We also enjoyed snorkeling in Bonaire. It's some of the best I've ever seen!

Lars is improving his game all the time ! I know who paid your tickets nevertheless this video brought a smile to my face, especially the 3 sisters in joint formation with you 😊

I windsurfed there last February and Nico is not exaggerating- it is a dream come true! My skills improved so much there. I love that it is shallow enough at Lac Bay to beach/water start, the water is crystal clear and NO wetsuit needed! (in FEBRUARY!) The staff at Jibe City were super helpful and it was fantastic that I didn’t have to rig one single time! We are headed back there next month and my ultimate goal is to get my jibe figured out! Thank you Nico for all your windsurfing wisdom!

It’s the best spot ever! I’ve been there for two years in a row now and it’s a dream come true. Jibe City is such a cool spot. The materials are very good and the crew is very relaxed and kind. Hope to make it three years in a row... I miss Bonaire!

Wow! Awesome video. My wife and I just spent the first 10 days of January in Bonaire. We are both beginners learning this beautiful sport, we were able to get in three days of windsurfing in Lac Bay. We rented and each took a lesson at Jibe City. The staff and instructors were very helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to return to this windsurfing paradise.

Jybe has been my favorite spot for years. I had the opportunity to teach my kids to windsurf this summer for the first time... magical moment.

Great video. Have been out to Bonaire twice now, and heading back in March for another week. Hopefully to crack the carve gybe!

Bin there for three months. Bonaire is a Dutch island. Nice pace for Diving, kiting and of course windsurfing. Took my windsurf equipment with me. Hiring for such a long time is expensive, but for a week or two its oke. the material you can rent is perfectly new. Almost every day wind, every day windsurfing. Nobody windsurfs on the east coast( offshore wind) Every windsurfer is on the windplace Sorobon. Shallow, warm en clear water. Very nice place to be.
