@@gageboysgarage6059 I'm looking to go next month , until then ill be romping around locally.. I just swapped my JTR for the JT Mojave, its insane!! Totally need some racing harnesses , i cant handle what it can do as far as fast on a trail goes.. most people are misrepresenting the mojave its on the other end of the Jeep Spectrum.. It can go pretty good though with out a sway disconnect.. But it's meant to go fast not crawl

Crazy how much that trail has changed since I was there last. Going back in April & can’t wait.

How's the oil pressure issue on the UZ? Have a 3UZ going into my 4runner. Do you tend to keep the transfer cases in double low and then pick 1, 2, 3 on your AW4? Or just stay single low most of the time?

most the time i stay in single low because it’s stronger, if i’m doing something really technical i’ll use single low, the oil pressure problem is only on extreme angles, i’ve put an extra quart in it. that seems to help a lot

got a question how can i make the transmission stay in first gear cuz in the snow or mud it keeps shifting to 1st gear and 2nd when im floored cuz it aint banging the limiter it just shifts lol. thanks and nice rig

basic sxs still have to winch. some of the $100k sxs don't winch. but this is comparing apples to oranges.. build $100k jeep and avoid winching too but stay dry and warm in a jeep eating hot lunches. stay wet and muddy in sxs at the end of the day, they are both great fun way to wheel, but totally different experiences . and i drive my jeep to and from the trail. sxs requires trailering just food for thought.......
