Depends upon what type of videos you're Editing although it's a good machine but I suggest you to wait for few months as around November Apple is going to launch M1x (2nd generation of M Chip) that will be more powerful and moreover buy with student discount to get 10,000 to 15,000 less. Also do check all the real world review videos on youtube

Don't purchase it, second hand MacBook will cost you around 50k or more I'll suggest you to build a Windows PC or buy a Windows laptop

But you will not get the desired performance as hardware is assembled, And hackintosh will only work on Intel build not on Ryzen build.

No it is not true the best specs for premiere are Intel processor and NVDIA graphics card, because premiere are kind of optimised for NVDIA and intel..but it is nowhere true that premiere runs better on Mac.

Copy your entire timeline and then make a new timeline sequence copy that sequence past it in new sequence then export. I hope it helps!
