Planthers Microsoft always want quality in its OSes, a BSoD appearence in the commercial will make Microsoft feel awkward and frustrated about it, and users will never trust the product's quality and Re-think about their opinion about the OS.

Depends. I have seen nearly first-hand a horrible case where one computer's hard drive had to be replaced one time and then the second drive failed. In another computer, the system worked like a breeze. So, I guess it's a lot like Windows Me, where people either had very good or very bad experiences.
