Thank you so much for posting this video. It really helped me overcome the booting issue that got in due to two Antivirus software got enabled at the sametime and none of the commands/programs were working including cmd.exe and control panel. Through safe mode, I just uninstalled one of the antiviruse software and rebooted my laptop and things were back to normal now

Windows killed our laptop and wasted our time. Nothing works. They should have tested their softwares before putting it online . Many unknowingly ran the update and into this problem

Hi. Thank.you for the very thorough video. I believe I have exhausted the various options to try fix my issue but with no luck :( background of my issues, power outage must have shocked my computer. Now I can not pass the boot up screen so tried the Advanced option but it asks me for my account password with my Name and email as reference. But I have tried all the PW that i can remember without success. I even reset my email PW on my phone and tried that and it does not work. Is that PW when I first set up the computer for the first time?

Hey! I tried all the methods I could and everytime I tried, my screen was greyed out and it wouldn't load advanced options. Is there a solution for it? (Example: I tried HOLDING SHIFT while RESTARTING and my screen said RESTARTING, stopped, and then the screen turned grey.)

Download windows on a USB stick. Install it via the way they show you. I did it, and I finally got it to work, shortly after my post. You will have to wait a LONG time for it to update. I waited a whole day and a half. Make sure your laptop or PC is hooked up to get power, obviously. It'll be a long ass time

F-ing WIN 10 update broke my PC and sent me to this "recovery" blue screen where none of the options worked. I created few restore points before I started. Microsoft removed them making sure I couldn't recover.
