By far the best instructional computer video I've come across, which guides us slowly and clearly through the subject in hand. The web is full of useless 'help' vids where the instructor races through things far too fast. Thank you!

I always done it the hard way, your way was easier, quicker, and better organized on my portable drive. End results it was so much easier to transfer files to my new laptop. 👍👍👍👍👍

Very Informative. What would the difference be if you copy and paste a folder or file from the PC to the external hard drive instead of using the "send to" method?

Is there a difference between sending a file to another drive and copying a file to another drive? Does the quality of the files change depending on which method you use?

There is no difference and the quality does not change because the transfer is digital.

Yes, just do the reverse copy from the USB to the computer.

I wish I was not generally asked to “like and subscribe” BEFORE I’ve had a chance to actually watch the video.

Please use crystaldisk info to check both your Internal and External drive, you could also run a check disk on both drives too, if all checks out ok then try copying the files in small batches.
