For over 40 years I diagnosed and repaired water infiltration. Anyone that thinks they know what the problem is from this video has know idea what they are talking about. There are MANY things that could be causing this.From as simple as the sealant around the window has failed to as complicated as a leak in the middle of the roof following the framing and showing up at the window( not likely but possible) I have seen that happen a few times.

What was your solution please help I'm going through the same thing

This is happening in my building and we have been unable to diagnose the problem. We've spent 15,000 replacing the brickwork and steel lentils above the windows which I think has made the problem worse.The building is brick with a flat roof. An engineer suggests the building needs to be repointed, but I'm thinking it's the parapet wall on the roof. Were you able to stop your leak and if so, what was the problem?

I'm here because I have a slight leak in my apartment. I thought I had problems! Damn, man! I'd be going bananas.

Once it's dry out, take a garden hose with a jet attachment and use it on the side of the building, starting at the bottom and working your way up. Get the water on each section for a few minutes and have someone standing inside see when the water comes in. You may find that it's actually coming in from the bottom of the window above that one, but you won't know until you narrow it down.

ya @@gazzertrn aowales3316 is a dum ass he did not get that fact she had said coming in from the bottom of the window above that one. meaning from the winodw above from the one that is leaking of the bottom window. i am guessing they are the type of person that loves to put there own words in what some one else had said all the time this or he jsut do not understand reading at all. yes there may be some missped spelled words but o what at lest i did under stand what was written unlike aowales3316.

I just encountered that problem in my apartment it was raining hard and when I got up there were puddles in every room and living room now I could tell the maintance but I already have co compliance here for the ac that they never would fix so why tell them if they don’t show up I’ll just shoot flex seal over the window seal😂😂😂

My window is having the same issue. I’m going try replacing the seals

so every one that has posted here for this video are all completely clueless on how to fix this type of a problum. yes i am having the same problem too hopping that some one knew how to fix it just a waist of my time.

Might have been the gutters were needing a clean?? (Overflow from the gutters?)

Mine is leaking from the actual window itself, in the bottom right corner
