I've been professionally cleaning windows for around 15 years and found residential to be the best niche for the industry. I also service commercil buildings and storefront window cleaning but remain 80% residential.

This is why I love my waterfed pole.
My window cleaner uses a water fed pole for all of it, even downstairs, easier and safe I suppose, but the idea of a traditional good soaping and scrub occasionally might be a very good idea, to stop the spiders moving straight back in as soon as he's gone.

@peternunney3735 Not sure if it would help with the bugs returning but worth doing one window in the middle of a section to see what difference it makes with the bugs. Thanks for the comment!

Tap out excess water and create a dry leading ledge with the squeegee.

Your Stand off bolts are on the wrong way. They are meant to be under the rung to stop from sliding off

That day felt like a traditional day but you're right... it would have been quicker. I try not to do sketch work but wanted to show people that there's accessibility issues to navigate. But of course NEVER do anything you don't have 100% confidence with. Thanks for the comment, Robert!
