Mistakes in video need to be corrected 4:25 - special resolution is given in 271(a) not in b 5:23 - just and equitable is given in 271(e) not in g 9:55 - non filing of financial statements or annual return with the registrar is given in 271(d) not in f 10:47 - if company acts against sovereignty and integrity of India is given in 271(b) not in c 14:11 - contributory petition is given in 272 (1) ( b) not in c 16:24 - there is no mention of joint petition in companies Act under 272(1)(d) . I think you want to mention 272(1)(c) here 16:34- registrar petition is given in 272(1)(d) not in e You teach very well thank you soo much 😊
