The first is more for precise cuts on medium objects The second is for cutting many big objects
Wind Cutter is for simple cutting process and the revengeance is just ultimate cutter of everything, even your fps.
Dismantle and cleave be like:

@flyboy6392 it's not Zangetsu. I'm pretty sure its Raiden's katana from Metal Gear Rising REVEANGENCE. It's name in the mod is Reveangence katana. Which don't know why it's using a getsuga tenshou buy f it we ball
