Win at $15 Tables with Small Bankroll

Ойын-сауық

Today I show how to Win at $15 Tables with Small Bankroll with a craps strategy sent to my by Jeff Johnson as part of my dice advice series. By starting with an $18 six and eight place bet, and a total outlay of just $40 per shooter, this strategy gets you in position for a big win. After two hits you move to $96 across bet, and press your bets from there for 5 rolls.

I would modify the strategy. I like the initial press up and then going to 96 across. From there I would take the first two hits (on any number). That will recoup the $40 investment, (min $21 win per hit) and then press one/take one from there.

After I get to $96 across, next hit I take the $21, and pull the 4/10. That gives you $51 and you are clear. After this, I throw in a buck and press $22 inside. Next hit add $2 and place 4/10. With a steady roller, you can press and take for a nice profit. I’ve played this and was pressed to $50 4/10, $75 5/9, $90. 6/8.

This is how I’d play the 6 8 stretch. Start out like you did at $18 each on the 6&8 and wait for 2 hits. Where I deviate is once I’m $96 across I’d same bet the first two hits of my across bets. This way I get my $40 back plus a profit of $2-$14 at that moment. After that every hit of my place bets I’d mid press the number that just hit; this way I’m pulling in more profits but I’m also pressing my bet incase it hits again. I would not have my bets working on the come out roll but that’s just me.

I think I learned this from one of your prior vids, and on my last LV trip, I gave it a try but combined it with an "abacus" type strategy...I made my 2 6/8 and spread across, then on the next hit (and subsequent hits) I used the profit to play the DC for $15; hit a hot shooter and "exchanged" all my place bets ("pay my place and take it down"..as they move my DC to the number) with DCs before the 7 came and hit all the DCs, for $40 in I cashed that roll for around $300. (hope this makes sense) On subsequent rolls I was able to get up on the $96 across several times, but didnt get the hot shooter; So, this is a great way to get into a good position for cheap which in my book is a great way to play. Thanks !

Little late with the comment but won a with a slightly modified version of this! Buy in $250 and went all the way down to $80 and then shooter had an amazing roll and colored up for $1000 after a $100 dealer tip (they were extremely nice/friendly and helped me out a lot. always take care of the dealers!) Jeremy, so glad to be back to watching your vids and being back at the casinos. Definitely tough with a $200-$300 bankroll now that it’s harder to find the lower min. tables. I like the 6/8 start, but once I got the 6/8 to $30 on that next hit I would make $25 - 5, $30 6/8 and then play an Iron Cross (field bet $15) with field bet always low. Then just press 5/6/8. Takes some discipline to keep out of those middle sucker bets LOL when they’re hitting, but if you’re really intent on playing for a while to catch that hot shooter, eventually that middle action really starts eating away at your winnings. Odds are, if you run across that hot shooter they’ll be hitting those inside numbers. Only takes a few hits to have the 6/8 paying out $70 or $105 per hit.

@@pjstrong6385 Compared to most strategies, breaking even in 3 hits is pretty good. Example: It takes 11 hits to break even on the classic Iron Cross. And this video above, has no break even strategy. It relies on a very long roll to win. Any strategy that allows you to break even after 2 to 3 hits is considered awesome. Plus, I didn't ever mention anything about chasing a loss. You start new with every new shooter. A loss stays a loss. But if you're at a table where the 7 came up in less than 3 rolls, 10 shooters in a row, there is some crazy witch craft going on. Besides, if you ever lose on any strategy, 3 shooters in a row, it's time to walk away. Try again later, or tomorrow.

I feel like if you're genuinely a low bankroll player, you should just avoid any of these systems. I was following along with the video, if you just placed the 6/8 for $18 and collected, no pressing, no fancy system, you come out up $57. Will you miss out if you get that unicorn of a hot shooter? Sure, but you'll be earning more/losing less on every other shooter and more often than not that puts you ahead of any system at the end of a session. As Jeremy says, it comes down to how much risk/reward you want. Personally not a fan of this system, takes too many hits to earn anything. But I get the point is to build up your bets by only starting with $40, so that's why it requires so many rolls. It's a tradeoff.

Well let’s say you win $21 you could spread that across let’s say 4 numbers. You would get paid less on each subsequent hit, but with this strategy if you plan on pulling it all down after 5 rolls wouldn’t make a difference. Basically you are reinvesting all your winnings each roll back on table, then recouping it all at once after 5 rolls. Of course you could adjust to your liking, press less, collect earlier, anything you like. Good question.

I am a good shooter. On comeout rolls, I have a better chance of rolling 7 than other shooters. I use the classic all-7 set and use a light roll so the dice just touch (or not touching) the bottom of the back rubber without hitting the diamonds and maintain the 4-3 configuration. I hadquite a few consecutive "7" during come out. Don't turn you place bet on when I am rolling. Good shooters try to shoot for 7 during comeout rolls unless they have $ on the Tall , All ,short. "7" will end those bets.

I could've SWORN I posted this before but I didn't see my post on this thread so I will post what I wrote previously again: I definitely like this one also a LOT but of COURSE, here is what I would do differently: I would NOT work the 6 and 8 on the come-out roll! Then once the point is established, I would simply just collect THEN press every time starting with the 6 and 8 and then when I get the 96 across for ALL the numbers, I would do the SAME thing for EACH of those numbers, and when one of the horn numbers hit, then I would collect and then press them ALL for the 2nd time any one of them hits for $8 total on the horn, and so on. I would PERSONALLY do this for just 5 COLLECTS and then turn OFF my bets until I either seven-out or make my point, and do the SAME thing for OTHER shooters! I believe that collecting FIRST then pressing is the BEST way to go because you will lose a LOT LESS if the shooter sevens-out fairly quickly and to me it makes the most logical sense because you could potentially recoup your investment and THEN some by turning OFF your bets after the 5th COLLECT!!!

I would have been up a little more, for the simple fact that when the dice go off the table I'd come down on everything because 9 out of 10 times that is a warning that a 7 is coming soon. And it did...

9 out of 10? Nah, but it is 1 out of 6 a seven will show.

First of all, stop playing on on 15.00 tables! And don't feel bad about these casinos!! Go on line, with State run craps instead with lower min. bets. Gives the average guy more flexibility and better for his money management. In my opinion, this is a very poor video. You can do better with the 3 -5 dollar bets on line. I watched some of old casinos on Fremont Street bringing in the machines for blackjack and craps. Cheers😎

There are no legal online casinos, they are all offshore and not regulated so beware. I agree, though find the lowest limit table you can find and afford. I also recommend the mechanical dice machines with their lower limits. I play all the time for $1
