They're starting to happen more often for our tickets(Virginia). Because they're skipping the $500 prize and making it $600 and then also skip the $1,000 for either $1,500 or $2,000.

I would be so mad if I had to go to the lottery office and wait for a check for $600, California lottery offices take forever to pay out. I think our ticket prizes jump from $500 to $1000. Sometimes they will cut you a check for $1000 right then and there but depends on a few things. I’ve never done it, I just wait for the checks, I think I’ve had 10 or 12 claimers.

On one lottery ticket I bought the bar code was on the bottom of the ticket I bought out of machine and the code was cut off it was a 20 dollar ticket and won my money back but when I bought it I brought it to store attention so they called the name inside the machine and said to pay me and they did but I went back the next day and ran into the lottery guu and told him what happened said i was taken care of weird experience glad I came out at least even 😊 10:49
